1. 혁신적인 아이디어를 기다리지 마라. 그냥 간단하고, 흥미롭고, 많이 주목하지 않은 것에 중점을 두고 가능한한 빠르게 실행에 옮겨라. Don’t wait for a revolutionary idea. It will never happen. Just focus on a simple, exciting, empty space and execute as fast as possible.

2. 아이디어를 나눠라. 많이 나누면 나눌 수록 더 많은 충고와 배움을 얻을 수 있다. 경쟁자들과 만나서도 얘기하라.Share your idea. The more you share, the more you get advice and the more you learn. Meet and talk to your competitors.

3. 커뮤니티를 구축하라. 사람들이 당신에 대한 소식을 알게 블로그나 소셜 프로그램을 이용해라.Build a community. Use blogging and social software to make sure people hear about you.

4. 당신의 커뮤니티에 귀를 기울여라. 질문에 답하고 그들의 피드백으로 너만의 생산적인 것을 만들어라. Listen to your community. Answer questions and build your product with their feedback.

5. 훌륭한 팀을 모아라. 당신과 전혀 다른 기술을 가진 사람들을 고르고 당신보다 더 나은 사람들을 찾아라.Gather a great team. Select those with very different skills from you. Look for people who are better than you.
